09: Email Sequence

A 3-email follow-up for leads who clicked or booked-but-didn’t-complete: problem→solution, proof, then move them to the recurring plan. Wholesome Pet Mom voice. Plain-text-feel, mobile-first, one CTA each. Send roughly: Email 1 immediately, Email 2 at +2 days, Email 3 after the first clean (or +5 days if not yet booked).

Sequence notes

• This is the post-conversion story I plan up front: email 3 introduces the recurring plan once she’s seen the result, instead of leaving the upsell to chance.
• Each email = one idea, one CTA. Email 1 validates, Email 2 proves, Email 3 converts to recurring revenue.
• Swap in the local team name, the GIF, and the plan pricing per franchise.
• Use GIFs, not video, in email. Most inboxes block video autoplay but will loop a GIF, so the foam test actually moves where she reads it. The 3 GIFs come from the same shoot (see the Graphic Design brief).
